With over a decade of experience in housing operations, Lyla brings deep expertise in strategic and operational support across Government, Local Authorities, and Social and Community Housing sectors. She specialises in tenancy legislation, compliance, and best-practice housing management. As a lead designer of tenancy and social education programmes, Lyla has developed and delivered tailored training for both tenants and landlords, driving capability and improving outcomes across the sector.​
